Eagle has a started a new benefit program in 2016 called EagleFIT!
This voluntary program requires employees to get regular exercise and provide proof of that exercise. In return, with verified proof, Eagle pays the current employee contribution of their health insurance premiums. For employees with other adults on their plan (husband or wife) Eagle pays 50% of employee contribution for their exercise and the other 50% for the spouse’s own verified exercise. Children are exempt from this benefit because they naturally get exercise and will hopefully be encouraged by the parents, to keep that exercise healthy. The 10% premium cost for children is covered by the parent’s participation in the program.
